2008- 2009 Fall & Spring Sessions:

Home & Small Business Computer Networking

Computer Networking for Home and Small Business is an entry-level Information Technology program that teaches students how to assess, design, and troubleshoot networks as an entrepreneaur. Students will demonstrate these skills by creating a small network of their own and will be given an opportunity to present a network asessment/design proposal to small businesses in the community. 

How to register for the program and schedule an interview:

1. Go to http://www.afterschoolmatters.org


2. Click "Apply to a community program near you".


3. Under Option 2 type "sunshine" in the search by keyword. Click "Search".


4. Fill out the application and print out your confirmation page.


5. Call Vincent McCaskill at 773.493.0656 ext. 1010 to schedule an interview.

Interviews will begin Tuesday, September 16 and the program will begin the first week of October. The apprenticeship lasts 10 weeks and will meet 3 days each week from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
