Jillane KleinschmidtJillane Kleinschmidt is a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood. She has served at Coveant in a variety of capacities since 1991, including roles as deaconess and member of the pastoral search commitee. In 1998, Jillane joined Navistar in Warrenville, IL, where she currently works as Director of Corporate Communications. In this position she manages a blend of internal and external communications focused on strategic direction, issues management as well as creating a culture of employee engagement to deliver business results. Navistar is a 102 year-old company which engineers trucks, engines and school buses with 17,000 employees. Prior to her work at Navistar, Jillane worked at Ogilby Public Relations and AT&T Wireless Services. Jillane grew up in Madison, Wisc. and has a B.A. in Public Relations and Journalism from Miami of Ohio University.
